Marisa & Jeromie were great to work with.
We live in Ct and wanted to buy a vacation/rental home.
We looked at so many from home online before we came down to Cape Coral, Florida in person. (Pictures are so different than in person trust me) Marisa spent a whole weekend with us looking at over 20 properties she felt would fit our needs. She has rental properties herself so she has personal experience on what she felt would do well down here. She was very informative and honest with us. Before we came down we did many walk throughs via FaceTime also. Her husband Jeromie even made a few trips to a few houses to see the quality of them also for us. When we found the one I just knew it (it was her number #1 for us too) I cried and she gave me a hug girlfriend hug!
Besides being our realtor she has also turned into one of our friends. (Don’t tell her this because I don’t want her getting a big head lol)
We are currently working with Marisa looking for a second home which will be our permanent home in Florida.
I would definitely recommend Marisa & Jeromie to help look for a rental home or a permanent home. I have actually given her name out to a few personal friends currently looking in south west Florida too.

About Marisa Goodpaster
I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada, in a small northern city. My father was a real estate investor and landlord, while my mother worked as a buyer at Algoma Steel. My late brother played semi-pro hockey, and we spent a lot of time in Michigan supporting his passion.
In 2017, I bought my first property in Cape Coral, Florida, and fell in love with the area. Shortly after, I met my now-husband, Jeromie, who is from a small town in Bardstown. I moved there permanently in 2020. Together, Jeromie and I quickly obtained our real estate licenses and have been thriving in the industry ever since.
We work with investors, specializing in BRRR, Short Term Rentals, and LTR strategies. However, we also maintain excellent relationships with our retail buyers and sellers, ensuring a comprehensive and rewarding real estate experience for all our clients.
